Control Panels

Saber Controls designs and supplies custom built, stainless or mild steel panels. UL ratings are available.

Our engineers have valuable experience designing control panels for the food process plants. We supply AutoCAD drawings with parts lists to the customer, so they can easily order spare or replacement parts.

We Supply stainless steel NEMA 4X panels where necessary to provide protection against extreme wash-down locations.

We supply stainless steel NEMA12 panels where acceptable. These panels are custom-built with a convenient T-handle and a key-lock. They are considerably less expensive than NEMA 4X panels.

We can supply mild steel NEMA12 or NEMA1 panels in safe, relatively dry control rooms and motor control center rooms, to help you control costs.

Saber Controls is flexible with what components can be installed into our panels. We understand that plants may already have standards that they want to keep using. Here is a list of some panel components we have successfully used:
